Hey all...

I am looking for everyone's favorite recipe. I am looking for recipes that have ingredients that can be gotten at just about any corner market of regular grocery store.

If you have a good recipe ( and you wouldn't mind it being put on a website ) then please post it here.

I would like to try to keep it restricted to ingredients that you don't have to go to a specialty store to get, but if you have a recipe that you feel is really good and wish to share it...feel free to do so. :-)

Bon Apetite

Well I've got a great recipe for bacon and eggs...but I'm pretty sure 'bacon, eggs, salt and pepper to suit' isn't exactly what you're looking for. *wink*

A great pizza recipe is to use normal pizza dough, mix 8 to 10 whole fresh basil leaves with pizza sauce, spread over dough, then place whole chunks of mozzarella, NOT SHERDDED, cheese, and thats it. No meat. Best pizza ever. Its not my recipe though...

I do something similar with English Muffins, and it's VERY good. Sometimes a few slices of thick pepperoni on top. I also add a little fresh garlic and a bit of oregano to the sauce. And on the pepperoni, most grocers have a 'hard' style of pepperoni you must cut yourself, I use that rather than the prepackaged slices that are all oily in a shrink wrap pack.

I'd have to call this little treat as one of my favorites, as in the toaster oven it makes a wonderful, quick snack, yet fills like a meal.

Actually....it really doesn't matter much if it's one of your own recipes, or if you got it from someone or found it somewhere.

If it's a good recipe....please feel free to share it. :-)

Ah....but the beauty of a simple recipe like that is it's flexibility.

From the based you just put forth, there are many, many things that can be done with it. :-)

I'm not sure there's a recipe for that, but it's always worth the try. ;-D
