Over the past year or so the WUs I have been getting seem to get larger and larger. (Used to be on average 4 to 8 hours to complete) but now they are often 4 to 20+ hours (same machine, same workload.)

However I have one runing that states it has run 31 hours with another 36 hours to go.

Problem is that last night prior to sleep the time to completion was at 44 hours and when I woke it was at 50 hours.

I restarted my PC & BOINC and this completion time was reset to 35 hours. (An hour ago.)

After updating BOINC to latest version nothing has changed.

I can see the seconds ticking upwards in the wrong direction though :o(

Is there something wrong here? (Or am I just seeing the effect of live averaged stats for this unit.)

(Oh and I haven't got my tech-head on :o)

I recommend you do put your technical head on, if available (several cups of coffee usually helps too, LOL), and mosey on over to the Work Unit problem thread.
