How much are you going to test that stuff? HINT: just click <Post reply> once then wait for it. If you click it again while it's thinking about it, it'll post again. Account frozen... |

SNIP.... Now I feel really sad :o( My parents had to sell my brothers and sisters over the years to buy the xmas pudding and brandy but I was so glad that I had extra space in the bed for the year to come. I hope you can afford pudding now. |

SNIP... They say that being British is like living in a land paved with gold. They don't know what they are talking about :( Those road sweepers are pure evil. They come up and down my road twice each week and steal all the food off the pavements. I just don't know how we live. |

OK, your job is to name a State Park.... How do you come up with this? The Legend of Hungry Mother Legend has it that when the Native Americans destroyed several settlements on the New River south of the park, Molly Marley and her small child were among the survivors taken to the raiders’ base north of the park. They eventually escaped, wandering through the wilderness eating berries. Molly finally collapsed, and her child wandered down a creek until the child found help. The only words the child could utter were "Hungry Mother." The search party arrived at the foot of the mountain where Molly collapsed to find the child's mother dead. Today that mountain is Molly’s Knob, and the stream is Hungry Mother Creek. |

OK, your job is to name a State Park.... How do you come up with this? Well I'd say it's better than "Starving Infant" State Park. Or..... "Dead Injuns" State Park. |

[/quote] you must live in a posh area to have food on the pavements and twice weekly road sweepers. how i long to live in an area like that. where is this place? sounds like heaven to me. i have just found a new place to make home now. it gets cleaned by tidal waters twice daily and i now having a fight with a seagull for a chip. |

I've been to Marion (and through it, on the way to Bristol), though never to that park, nor to the Lincoln Theatre... Add to that the U.S. Route 11 sign and that was a complete giveaway to the location for me... |

SNIP Yes we have food on the pavement. Old chewed chewing gum is quite nutitional and the road sweepers took cousin Seth away last week.. Seagulls and chips? That means you live on the shores of Blighty? I live inland where we only have genetically disformed pigeons. At least a good sized seagull could feed a family of 5 shoebox people for a week... a pigeon with manky feet is only enough to feed 2 for a day :( Are sure you are not upper class? |
