I would like to see back online (with WUs):
- Nagrzewanie stali @ HOME
- LHC@home Alpha
- ALife@home
- Folding@home
- BBC Climate Change Experiment
- HashClash
- Zivis Superordenador Ciudadano
- TMRL DRTG
- RenderFarm@Home
- Nano-Hive@Home
- Orbit@home

How about you?

Alife for me. I would have hoped that some group somewhere would've started a similar project by now, we shall see....

I believe Orbit should be producing work units (test wus?) in the next few months or so.

Orbit has been promissing WUs for a couple of years now, I'll believe it when I see it.

Well from what I understand, LHC is very close to firing back up. As far as RenderFarm, I think he is having hosting issues, so no home for the project right now.
Would like to see Hash Clash fire back up myself.

The BBC Climate WUs are now included in the ordinary CPDN, no need to have the extra web page and the extra servers and all the double stuff online any more.

LHC is short before finishing the move to London and already had some few new WUs, I think they will restart soon.

Folding doesn't like BOINC, they care more about their native client and don't want to have other projects crunching side by side.

Zivis is a cooperation between a university and a city council, they finished the first stage and the burocracy will perhaps take a bit to go further ;)

Orbit always had funding problems, probably not solved still.

The polish welding project was finished, and the follow up has probably never reached even alpha status (and it was totally unconnected to melting steel anyway).

Renderfarm is retired (see this post @BOINCstats.

That is very true Saenger. However, it must be remembered that BBC brought a host of extra crunchers into BOINC, many like me who knew nothing of it's existence until advertised on the BBC. Many have gone on to crunch in other projects after nearly doubling the number of climate WUs completed

Completed HadCM3L Transient Runs BOINC - 9,370 BBC - 7,689

Personally I want BBC CCE to finish to confirm that Team England finished as No. 1 non-commercial team (which is where Team England is right now and expects to finish).

Do you have Linux? He has developed a Linus client and a few test WU's were sent out.

I think Pasquale plans to develop a Mac client next, he doesn't like Windows. ;-)

As soon as he gets his fundings, that is.

This sounds good, for some members of my team.

Yep, some off them does not even have the web server running anymore. Some of them does not have workunits.

Maybe you can install Windows VMware Server and install Linux into it. I have done so, because Linux does not like my machine. I can cheat Linux by using VMware Server's "virtual hardware". LOL.
