Two results for a given WU have to be returned and validated before credit is granted. Until then they will be shown as 'Pending'. Also, completed results are routinely purged from the database in order to keep it's size manageable. The project is much more aggressive about this than they were in the early days. It's not uncommon for them to go poof after about a day when all results for the WU have been returned, but the credit should be reflected in your account and hosts totals. HTH, Alinator |

You may not be given total credit because recently the required number of results checks has been reduced. Now only two results usually are considered when awarding credit. Instead of the median of three results the user is awarded only the lesser of two results. In my case, and I expect in most cases, one is awarded only about 2/3 of what he/she claims for about one-in-25 workunits. So this will drop the credit and the RAC on the order of 1-1/2 percent, compared to what had happened up 'til a month ago (or so). By reducing the number-of-checks requirements more science can be done with the same work. Apparently SetiAdmin thought that two results checks are sufficient for this kind of project. Three mean unnecessary redundancy. |
