I'd call this a bug, since the hardware platform on one of my machines has not changed, but the "CPU Type" description has (with all those 3-letter codes). As a result, I have two entries for the box, but attempts to merge it don't give me any similar entry.

Can there be a "tweak" done so that I can keep all the stats for a single hardware box in the same historical record? Seems logical to me, but what do I know!
