Many people appear to be having this problem. One of the servers either fell over, or is buckling under the load.

If you're talking about this message:

It's not an error message. It's just and informative message letting you know that you haven't split your default preferences into Home, Work or School.

If you want all your PCs to run the same, simply disregard that message.
