I did mention Tesla earlier as the "Einstein of Electrons"...

...one out of two is not bad for a Yank.

All time record I'd say.....

:-))))))))

He was probably an immigrant.

IN SPITE OF ALL THE HYPE ABOUT TESLA.

Edison employed just about every electrical engineer that was living during his life time. The General Electric company was instituted along the Mohawk trail in upstate New York. He had about 100 Engineers working for him. Edison was therefore credited with many of the inventions of his laboratory employees. One of these was Steinmetz whom I regard as the father of AC theory. I used to work for General Electric and I met Steinmetz"s daughter who was still working in Edison's original building in Schnectady NY. This was in 1965-1966. She might have been as old as 60 then.

Steinmetz was the genius who showed that Alternating Current theory was described by rotating, cyclical math (sines and cosines) and the related functions of complex variables. As some one said "if AC theory can be explained by complex variables then any Damn Fool can be an Electrical Engineer". I am (was) an Electrical Engineer and my wife can testify to the fact that I am a Damn Fool.

AMEN

We are all fools ! But few of us are damned. So for electrocutions, which is best ? AC or DC ?

Probably AC since it tends to stop the heart.

I'll always remember Edison as the guy who electrocuted dogs to show how "Dangerous" AC was, and that was why he recommended running AC in all our power grids.

I guess it is better for electrocution after all.

True or false?

Don't try this. Let someone else tell us if it's real or not. Read the comments attached to the videos on the bottom of the video. Left side.

Disregard this guy's public speaking. He says it can't be done. Perhaps it varys from brand to brand.

Modified lol. Typo

I'll always remember Edison as the guy who electrocuted dogs to show how "Dangerous" AC was, and that was why he recommended running DC for the masses.

I guess it is better for electrocution after all.
