I have noticed that when downloading WU's, if the download has not completed within 22 seconds, it times out. When the server is swamped with requests after an outage, and one or more of my machines tries to connect to get WU's, occasionally the whole WU is downloaded, but in waiting for the schedulers to acknowledge the completed WU download, it times out as well, and I get the message that the download failed. The worst part about this is that all the download failures COUNT AGAINST THE DAILY QUOTA! Please increase the length of time before the timeouts occur, and please stop counting failed downloads towards the daily download quota. Out of my quota of 50 WU's per day per machine, I ended up getting about 19 WU's to process on this machine, which is a dual Opteron 248, and does 24-26 WU's per day, and the rest failed download, and the schedulers report my "daily quota exceeded"
