Berkeley is having trouble with one of their servers loosing its file mounts. there is nothing that you can do except to wait for it to be cleared at the server end. (That particular computer seems to keep falling over).

I have some straps I can send, will this help? Is this a California earthquake thing? Just joking, the server is failing and needs replacing but funds are at a premium. Too many problems, not enough money to go around. Click on anyones green star to donate if you can.

Replacing poor old Kryten with a donated Server will really help and hopefully the guy can get It soon and deliver It sooner, Before Kryten(pardon the pun) croaks. :(
As I'm getting No New Work messages and My cache is set at 4 days, Which for a QX6700 is barely good enough, As It eats like crazy.

Yea I see you have a couple of backup Projects you use for these times too. I use them when I have to and if they continue to have problems some of my pc's may have to. Some of mine are getting thru, some are not. Timing is everything, hitting the servers when they are working and not being timed out over their currently infrequent up time. I too hope the guy, TimeLord04, can come thru. It is exciting to see users see a need and step up like that!

Berkeley had make a few minor DNS changes over the past couple of days. Some of the clients may have become confused by this, especially if a download was trying to start before the change and continuing after the change.

Stop BOINC, restart and then retry the transfers. This will hopefully give them a kick start.
