How do I get rid of a team founder?

The founder of our team is no longer a member of the team and somehow changes his name to make political statements that do not represent the majority of the team members. I initiated a request to transfer, but the founder refused. What are our options besides quitting the team? By the way, this is a US government team. ID: 501006 ·  |

Not being a member of a team I don’t know of any other option when the team founder refuses to relinquish it hold on the team. I know changes were made to allow someone to take over if the founder went missing.
