It seems the advantage of having a Linux machine over windows has disappeared with Seti Enhanced, especially with an optimized app.

I used to run Harold Naparst's optimized app for Linux and that would fly. But even the standard app was faster on Linux than Windows. Now, I have a feeling it may even be the opposite.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I wrong?
