hi there!! i am going to be leaveing iraq here soon and i was wondering if there is away i can take the packets from one laptop and put them on another without screwing up the information?

I understand that it can be done but with a good bit of hassle. Someone asked about this recently but I couldn't find the thread or post - sorry. Maybe someone else remembers.

That aside, I want to wish you and your fellow soldiers well while you're "over there". I know that many others here will join me in that wish. I get sappy over this stuff so I'll just say that I hope you'll stay safe and do as much good as you can. Be careful.

Hey, if you're gonna keep crunching you'll still be able to post here won't you? I suppose they need to monitor e-mails and such though so maybe not. We'd love to see a thread from you so try if you can or can find the time.

The way I understand it when a workunit is issued it goes to a certain machine. Crunching it on any other machine voids the credit.
