How can I hide my computer on the My Profile page of the website?
I am just unsure of having all my pc details on veiw.

Click on my name at the left side and then click on view computer and you will see that nothing of importance is showing...

Go to your acct and look in "SETI@home preferences
control resource share and customize graphics View or edit" if you still wish to hide your info...

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the info others see (they see less than you think, they don't get to see what you get to see).

The info shown to everyone else is nothing more than what a typical web browser reports to every website on the internet, which is collected for statistical purposes.

To see what I see of your computers, click on my name to see my account, then click on view computers. Compare that info with what you see of your own and you'll see that there's quite a bit less shown, and nothing harmful at all.

To hide your computers, click on Your Account in the menu above
Then click view or edit next to SETI@home preferences
click the edit Seti@hone Preferences link
and then set Should SETI@home show your computers on its web site to no

Feel free to hide your computers if you so wish but like the others have already said, what we see is quite different from what you see.
There really is no need to hide them but if thats what you want to do, go ahead.
