A user of my seti@home group SetiSpace is experiencing problems with the granted credits.

more than 15 wu are granted o.00 cobblestones and many are still pending, why doesn't get the user cobblestones?

Looks like something happened starting on October 5th on that users machine, there was plenty of credits being valid before then, and now they are all reporting invalid. Ask the user if they changed anything with the computer. Overclocked it, upgraded it, making sure to clean out the computer case to get rid of the dust, also read this thread as theres some good answers from many other members about what could be wrong. Hope that helps.

To reitterate this:

SUCCESS = Result was downloaded, crunched, and returned successfully. It does not mean it is a valid result. It's a false sense of security when you see the word SUCCESS.
