Well, it sure looks faster than the 25K/h, that was the average a while ago.
On the other hand, the graphic looks pretty linear, ie acceleration can't really be noticed there.

Anyone wish to speculate as to when the Feeder will be switched on so that UL/DL can begin?

No, it has 'autodestruct in 5 seconds' after WFV reaches 0, then the bad SNAP will be gone forever...
