I keep getting this message when I try to update and get new work. Any help?

It means that S@H is temporarily out of work. The demand for work is currently exceeding the supply. If you want to keep your hosts doing something, join a few more BOINC projects.

I agree with John's answer, but would also add the following...change your BOINC preferences to allow for a larger cache of work units. This will help buffer any outages or lack of work in the future. This can be accomplished by logging into your account on the website and going to the Preferences>General>View or edit General Preferences. Click on Edit Preferences at the bottom of the page. Under Network Usage, adjust the "Connect to network about every" entry to about seven days.
