I have a current classic account, but no account #. When I try to retreive the account # it sends it to my old email address which is no longer valid. Is it possible to send the account # to my new email address? |

Change the email address if possible... Thanks for the responses. However, to change the email address one must have an account #. The only reason I am able to discuss this now is that I created a new account in order to get an account #. So this new account is fine except that I cannot inport the result from my old account because, yes you guessed it, I don't have an account # for that old account. And I cannot get the account # because it continues to try and email to my old email address. Thus the Catch-22. If there is an administrator of the Site, is it possible to just simply look up the account # associated with my old account or to just redirect its emails to my new email address? Else all the stats for my account from 1999 or so are lost... Thanks |

Change the email address if possible... Without the account password or an active email address for the S@H classic account, there is no current method for retrieving the data and attaching it to your BOINC S@H account. However, the classic stats do NOT add to your BOINC credits - these are separate and everyone starts from 0. BOINC WIKI |
