What is this error 113 everytime I try to send results to seti??

The answer shown below is a direct quote from Paul D. Buck's on-line manual about BOINC ::

BOINC » BOINC Messages
init_op_project failed, error -113
Message Type: Error

This message tells the Participant that there is a network problem and that the BOINC Manager cannot contact the Project's Server. When I got this message my Internet Service Provider (ISP) was off line and I had no connectivity. So, this error is external to the BOINC Software and more than likely is a complete failure of the network system.
