I am using the BOINC 4.19 and I have always this dialog:

SETI@home - 2005-02-05 18:48:36 - Message from server: No work available
SETI@home - 2005-02-05 18:48:36 - No work from project
SETI@home - 2005-02-05 18:48:36 - Deferring communication with project for 1 hours, 0 minutes, and 0 seconds

Hello Pierre,

There is no work.
Just look at this thread (and several others) over in number crunching.
They have database problems over in Berceley.
