I've also seen one (at a car dealer) where the whole computer is in a flat-panel monitor, including the laptop CD-ROM drive. Uses a regular keyboard, mouse, etc. Probably a better bet since keyboards go bad frequently.

Its a rather ugly laptop gone wrong :)
