| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I wanted to run SETI@home because it is a good way to participate in something very profound. Why not put my computer to good use when I am not using it? I think SETI is a very worth while project and I have mixed views about finding another race out in the galaxy. Part of me wants to just listen and not attract attention to Earth, but on the other hand, What if they would be willing to help us along? To become active and useful members in the stellar family? I hope so. |
