| i help because i have the idle time to help. i can leave my laptop on all day, (go to work and come back)and still be able to help. there's no reason not to help at that point. as far as suggestions, i request a fully detailed video tour/tutorial to help people like myself who are fine with science and math, but aren't exactly adept when it comes to the usage and direction of computers to gain maximum efficency.
