I think of myself as someone who refuses to run with the crowd like a lemming, I really don't see the point in doing what others are doing simply because they are doing it.

I first ran into this site while browsing a forum, Needless to say I set up an account and downloaded the manager. I really like the idea of helping non profit organizations with the simple act of sharing my computer.
I see SETI as a step in the right direction, Personally I don't think SETI will accomplish much in the way of finding extraterrestrials, But if humanity somehow managed to clean up its act, SETI would be a prime example of what we are meant for; To search the stars for our cosmic kin. |
