Personal background
For the last four years I have thought of my self as a student even if I haven't studied all the time. I've spent two years working in Stockholm and eight months in Kosovo as a UN peacekeeping soldier. When I do study I major in space technology engineering trying to learn how to make useful satellites.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I'm convinced that extraterrestrial life exists, but I don't have any high hopes of finding it. Considering the size of the universe the possibility that we should be alone is probably less than winning all lotterys in the world simultaneusly whitout buying a ticket. The sad thing is that even if we find life in any other solar system, we don't have the technology to communicate with them in a reasonable way. SETI@home is a remarkable experiment which I hope will continue for a long time covering even other parts of the sky than visible from Aricebo.
