Personal background
I'm a disabled U.S. Army veteran of Desert Storm, 13B - Artillery Cannon Crewmember, M109 155mm self-propelled artillery. My first duty station was with the 2nd Battalion, 5th Field Artillery, 1st Infantry Division (Forward), located in Neu-Ulm, Germany from 1989 - 1991. Returned to the US in March 91 and was stationed at Fort Carson, CO with the 5th Battalion, 29th Field Artillery, 4th Infantry Division, 1991 - 1992. Honorable discharge received in June 1991 as an E-4, Specialist. I am someone who is very hopeful that SETI will be successful in discovering ET out there in our vast universe sometime soon! I'm 47 and a federal government employee. I'm originally from Duchesne, Utah and currently live in Greeley, Colorado. That's about it for now!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because I know that SETI needs the help. While I'm an open minded skeptic when it comes to UFO's, I am a firm believer in ET life existing somewhere in the vast expanse of the universe. Long story short - I'm hopeful!
