Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because the though of an extra terrestrial intelligence have as long as I can remember always fascinated me.
It strikes me that the universe is filled with patterns and duplicates. why wouldn't life and intelligent life exist somewhere else when everything else seems to.
If one day SETI picks up a radio wave that could be extra terrestrial in origin, I'd like to say that I had some small part in that discovery.
