I do believe that extraterrestrial life exists; intelligent life even. What I'm not sure is whether we are going to discover (encounter?) it in the near future. I'd love to leave such times when it will happen, but I doubt it is likely...
The benefits or dangers of such a duscovery is impossible to foretell, but I think it's worth the risk. |
