| Hi, I'm a Student/Administrator/Consultant/whatever else and live in the wonderful capital city of Northrhine-Westfalia: Duesseldorf. I'm - to say it with few words - REALLY into computers of all kind. There're only few Computer-Problems I'm unable to solve (my motto: "If I can't solve the problem, then there's no problem to solve"). |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

SETI@home is simply a passion of mine. Since the first time I saw a report about it and since the good-old times of my Pentium 133 (may god bless his dusty circuits) I've running it in the background (at first with another Username...but as the mailprovider I used went bankrupt, I had to create a new profile...). I'm pretty sure extraterrestial life exists somewhere out there. But I'm also sure a race being able to travel to other Solar Systems would care as much about us as we do for ants.
But let's be nice ants with open eyes and ears, so we can prove our theories and maybe also grow "old" enough to be interesting for all other races out there. |
