1. Why the hell not!!!!!
One day, earth WILL discover another civilization.
Soon, fifty years, five hundred years, five thousand years or more.
The sooner we do, the untold benefits may be great.
There are risks, but this should not stop us.
2. See #1. The beacon should be patterns such as voyager used.
3. Because of #1 and #2. I have read of this project for many years and
I am also excited by the cooperation which is inspiring peer to
peer computing.
