I'm probably no different than any other SETI user, I hope that in my lifetime we make contact with intelligent life from another planet (although, I'd be satisfied with any life from another planet also). I feel there's most certainly beings out there we've not encountered, and it may be in part, due to the immaturity of our specie (incapable of getting along with other humans.)
I've plenty of system resources to spare, and since I'm not always gaming, I feel it's my duty, to help further our knowledge and understanding of the universe. It's a personal obligation I feel, towards our specie. |
