| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I believe that there has to be "others" out there somewhere. In all of the universe, we couldn't possibly be the only intelligent life. I run SETI@home to help out in my own little way but more so to show my support to the project.
2.If we could get all the great minds together to really concentrate on this subject, there's no telling where we would be at with the research and discoveries today. SETI@home is a great idea that will only grow to be bigger and better I hope.
3. My suggestion would be public awareness. The more people who know about the project the more interest, the more people running SETI@home and maybe eventually, more interest would lead to more $$$ to put into the research of this subject. |
