| Personal background |
I'm a left-handed, dangerously overcaffeinated vegan Windows 8 (WinRT) developer (previously in a relationship with Windows Phone 7, but we argued and broke up). I joined The Zeitgeist Movement almost as soon as it was founded, and by some convoluted sequence of events I ended up creating this SETI@home team for it. I'm currently very busy with an ultra-secret project, located in an abandoned nuclear missile launch site (of course) in the Antarctic. It's bloody cold here, and it lowers my blood pressure, so I tend to get tired quickly. Hence the caffeine.

(Why have I got such a pretentious account name here on SETI@home, I hear you ask? Well, the story goes back to the old TZM forums, when I was searching for a suitable alias. After plenty of soul-searching (okay, maybe just four minutes of that), I decided I'd just take something that can be typed entirely on the left hand side of the keyboard, and old Rene Descartes was the first name to come to mind.) |
