I am a native of Nashville, Tennessee.
Tennessee is the volunteer state, and volunteering is what SETI is about.
I am a Christian who believes in justification by faith, alone.
After working at IBM for 27 years I now work at Acxiom Corporation.
My home is now in Little Rock, Arkansas.
My two sons are now out of college.
My favorite vacation pastime is fishing from a boat with my sons or friends.
The name, Bee, came from General Barnard Bee of the Confederacy.
My great grandparents must have been big fans of his in South Carolina.
The general is noted for giving Stonewall Jackson the nickname, "Stonewall".
Controversy abounds though, as to the meaning of "Stonewall".
Some think Bee was honoring Jackson, indicating that he was like a stone wall.
Others note that Jackson was supposed to be relieving Bee's troops, thereby not coming forward and so a stone wall.
