| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I have a dim memory of watching Apollo missions landing on the moon as a small child. Ever since then, my whole life that is, I've been fascinated with space. Shame on NASA, and Congress for not properly funding them, for not continuing their lunar efforts. If that had stayed on track, we would have people on Mars by now, if not limited colonization. Since I first heard of SETI, I have supported them in principle (again, shame on the powers that be for killing the program), now I can support the enterprise with my own action! |
