Software Architect by day, aspiring musician by night.
Software bores me, and music is my life, just don't have the guts to quit my day job yet.
Site listed above is NOT really my site, but i posted it as a tribute: this is the site that started my music career! well, not that its the best site ever, but they offer reviews for music courses. I bought a home-study guitar lessons course based on their online guitar lessons review. When my playing progressed i stated feeling that my singing was not up to par, so decided to take singing lessons. Repeat visitor due to previous experience, i entered their singing lessons online section. I did NOT buy a course from their recommendations, but reading them helped me make up my mind and i took singing lessons from a "real" vocal trainer i know.
OK, after giving credit where its due, more about my current situation:
* Software Architect: 90% object oriented apps, 10% web apps design.
* Music: formed a band with some friends. I'm lead guitar + some vocals.
* Who we sound like: some say KoRN, i say Muse. Our vocalist sounds like Freddy Mercury on a bad day.
* When can u hear us? Soon, i hope. Working on a website where we will release a few recordings. |
