I am first and foremost a member of the World Community I am a patriot and a veteran of the U.S. Army. I am a volunteer. I am a pacifist. I am feminist. I am an environmentalist. I am agnostic because I know enough to admit, I don't know everything. I am an active NPR supporter. I am a dork. I am a person who believes human rights aren't just for Americans. I am a Union Steward I am a political activist(local union coordinator). I am one of the 99%. I am part of the less than 1% who regularly jump out of perfectly good airplanes. I am a runner. I am a hard core Packers fan and have the tattoo to prove it. I am the President of my HOA. I am a riot when in Vegas! I am the proud father of a Lab/Boxer mix pictured. Ultimately, Who am I? I'm just a person who cares enough and is crazy enough to actually do more then just talk about making a difference.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because I believe with the infinite size of the universe that the odds are staggering in favor of intelligent life surviving We just need to listen. Hopefully we're listening for the right things. Between searching for new life and sequencing proteins to help cure cancer Bionic is my way of giving a little back to hopefully help humanity find out what we truly are...
