20 year old working as a Systems Administrator for an internet broadcasting company. I recently graduated from High Tech Institute in Phoenix, AZ and have a degree in Computer Networking. Although my degree is in networking I am constantly designing websites and writing web applications with perl.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI is so cool. Just thinking of the posability of life, let alone inteligent life existing in the universe blows my mind.
I guess I first heard about SETI when I watched the movie Contact. Being a sceince buff just fueled the fire. The movie got me thinking about that type stuff so I looked up SETI on cnn.com and found an article on SETI@home. As I do everything I downloaded it and the rest is history from their. From my 3 home computers running at every chance they get to all the work computers I can find, I really would love to be the one to find the first posative signal from ET.
