Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run it because an old school friend informed me about it and since i once ran it and now I'll run it again.
It's senseful giving one's computing power to projects like Seti @ home because secondary one's computer would cost money and energy without doing anything while being in progress. Of course Americans doesn't really care about energy as I speak out of experience instead of German people who maintainly are known to safe energy.
But primary, it's important to "tune up" the network and give him more and more power.
It's lig a big big anthill. The human being is in one word and as a whole just like an anthill. So it's natuarly given to give your computing power for things like science. :)
