I'm running it cause it makes me feel important, like i am contributing to a bigger cause that maybe beneficial for everyone or maybe it will just end up burning out my processor, or even end up contacting some malevolent race who wants to use us as galactic hamburger meat, who knows. : )
I think it is a worthwhile pusuit, although with what we know the chances of us communicating to an an advaced civilization via radiowaves maybe slim. Thats not to say communication won't be established. We are just young pups at this game. |
