Personal background
I live in Australia, have run Seti a few times but can never remember the older accounts I used or the email addy's. So I started a fresh account with a name I normally use all the time to make it easier on myself.

The team I am on is a great group, we all Live a game that excites us and drives us to find answers to the unknown. I just hope that we are able to travel to other planets, even if that is Mars before I grow older. I don't want to die later in life without being able to see mankind achieve something that great.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home as I know there has to be life out there somewhere. Not knowing if it's a higher or lower life form, who knows. The fun would be finding out.

I love the fact that anyone can run the program and help search for information, it makes the work loads a lot lighter and gives us all the chance to contribute.

The only suggestions I could make would be looking at being able to run multiple processes on the one machine, with PC\\'s getting so fast they are bound to be able to run at least 2 or 3 information searches at the one time.
