I'm 25 years old psychiaty resident in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a child I was intersted in SF, UFOs and similar stuff. Well, just like any other boy. Now my hobbies are medical history, philosophy, traveling and sports. Some two years ago I read Carl Sagan's book "Cosmos". I felt like I've returned to childhood: author's ability to find exciting fings in what seems to be trivial things facinated me. Sagan book's chapter about searching for live in Universe gave me new thoughts and I didn't hesitated to join SETI@home as soon as I've learned about it. It's exciting to participate in such grand project while sitting at home! What concerns results, I think that negative answer is answer as well.
Running such project gives us new perspective to Universe, science and ourselves, regardles of results.
