I am a retired Civil Engineer that has lived in the Highlands of Scotland since 1969. My interests are Music, Geology and Photography. I have recently purchased a PowerMac G5 which will be under used. I hate waste and this is a way of putting the processing power to good use.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I became an atheist about 40 years ago. In view of the numbers I have always believed that there is life in other galaxies although the chances of the life forms co inciding with our own time is very remote I am interested in contributing to the search. The ultimate chalenge to earth religions will be the test of whether these life forms have evolved with identical belief systems.
