Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My thoughts on SETI@Home

I chose to run SETI@Home because...... why not?

The universe is so incredibly huge that our tiny brain just cannot understand it. The buildingblocks for life is everywhere and so is water. I think that this alone "proves" that there is absolutely 0% chans that we are 'alone'... it would be a humongous waste of space if it was.

Everywhere on earth there is life. No matter how harsh that environment might be to us (deep oceans, arctic cold, "boiling" water, inside rocks and so on). Bacteria grew on the moon inside the cameras that was left behind. It's everywhere :)

If the 'other life' is intelligent and/or technological is another question.
Life, yes. Intelligent? Maybe. Though I personally consider the probability of intelligent life to be very high.
