Profile: Grant

Personal background
Young man of twenty, attending Thomas Nelson Community college after a failed stint at Texas A&M. Deciding on a career field at the moment, thinking of university-level professoring but can't narrow down my interests. History, political science, math, or physics. Tough to decide the rest of your life! Tell you what. If I find the aliens I'll become a physicist.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Given enough time, the SETI guys will find a signal from an intelligent source. Of course there's no way of knowing how long that would take. Could be tomorrow, could be 300 years from now. Ha, I suppose I'm optimistic then! Definitely a valuable project.
