Profile: Bill

Personal background
I have been running the Seti program for the past 5 years, in the hope of being among the ones accredited to finding other intelligence in the cosmos. I believe there are others and that we are not alone.
Even though you have no record of the time this computer was running your Seti program, I have logged about 17800 Hours.
I consider myself a PackRat because I save anything I feel is interesting, a Polar Bear because I like the Coldest Winters, a Lizard because I like to bask on warm rocks on hot days, a Crow because I pick up all kinds of shiny objects.
My hobbies are wood working, rock collecting ( the shiny objects ), photography, computer gaming, reading (science magazines, science fiction & fantasy), metal work, sunbathing, music ( Punk & Acid Rock ), swimming, candle making, stamp collecting, finding old magazines, hunting & fishing, forestry care, feeding of wild animals, the odd old vehicle ( I have been working slowly on a 1943 British built GMC Military Wrecker.
I am disabled with Fibromyalgia and retired, living on an old farm property that is well secluded. I gather fire wood of old, insect infested and dying trees in the summer for exercise, nuts and berries in fall for preserves & wine making. I have a few apple trees for wines too.
