Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Its good to feel your involved in a worthy cause in some way.
2. SETI should be funded and taken seriously by international Government - may be it is ? The question isent if but when other life is found. This is not a childish dream but reality. It is time the human race matured and start giving the subject of SETI the means to exelerate its inevitable results. Other civilizations may just be waiting for precisely this; that we mature. There are many at different stages of evolution so certain life we need to find. Its just a question of time.
3. Offer incentives to stay with the project. Inform people of info/events/results/technology used; appeal to the scientifically and technologically minded side of SETI followers. Emails. Better graphics (thats not a personal need but keep others interested).
