I'm a 53-year-old ageing hippie who teaches computer nerdery at the local TAFE (Technical and Further Education) in rural Australia. Most of the computers at work are Windows but at home I prefer to use Macintosh (because it works).
Hobbies include gardening (we have 5 acres, with alpacas, chooks etc.), playing with our quaker parrots, reading (mostly Pratchett) and watching (mostly SciFi).
I would have loved to run SETI at home in the past, but until recently our phone lines were too unreliable for decent web access. |
