My Mom took me to see Star Trek: The Motion Picture when I was four years old. It was the defining event of my life.

I love being involved in the Seti@Home project, as it is likely the closest I will get to being actively involved in the search for extraterrestrial life, assuming I never get that dream job at JPL.
