My name is Nieko Dijkstra and i live in the Netherlands. My age is 53, married and father of three children. I'm a believer from day one until today in the possibilities of the Internet. I fell in love with this new way of communication with the rest of the world. It made some things possible that make this world a little bit better place to live in.
Participating in projects like SETI is what Internet is all about..sharing and doing things together no matter who you are and no matter where you live.
It's a shame that some people can't deal with this open structure and try to use it for their own evil ways.
I'm happy that there are still people out there who try to use the Internet to realy communicate.
